Getting Started

1. Click the link in the video description to go to the Meta AI platform
2. Once inside, you’ll see what looks like a standard chat interface — but don’t be fooled
3. To start creating, either:
   • Click the plus sign and select Create, or
   • Click the Create button directly
4. You’ll land on the creation page where you can enter prompts and adjust settings

Part 1 — Generating AI Images

How to Generate an Image:

1. On the creation page, type or paste your prompt into the input field
2. Before hitting send, select your aspect ratio:
   • 1:1 — square (social media)
   • 9:16 — portrait (TikTok, Reels)
   • 16:9 — landscape (YouTube)
3. You can also adjust Aesthetics settings — variety, weirdness, and stylization — but default settings produce excellent results
4. Hit Send and wait for the image to generate

Part 2 — Generating AI Videos

Meta AI also generates videos — both from text prompts and from images you’ve already created. Here’s how to use both methods.

Method 1 — Text to Video:

1. Click the Create button
2. Click on Image and select Video
3. Under Video Generation, select Text to Video
4. Type your prompt into the field

⚠️ Important tip from the video: If your prompt only generates images instead of a video, add “8K resolution video” specifically to your prompt. This tells Meta AI you want a video output rather than an image.

5. Hit Animate and wait for the video to generate

Once your video is done, you have several options:

• Extend — make the video longer
• Restyle — change the visual style of the video
• Add Music — browse and add background music from Meta AI’s library

Extending Your Video:

1. Click the Extend button on your generated video
2. Meta AI will automatically continue the video further
3. You can keep extending as many times as you want
4. After extending, you can still restyle or add music

Restyling Your Video:

1. Click the Restyle option
2. Select the style you want to apply
3. Meta AI regenerates the video in the new visual style while keeping the same motion and content

Adding Music:

1. Click Add Music
2. Browse the available music library or search for a specific track
3. Select your preferred track and add it to the video
